Crystal glass has a higher refractive index than the glass used to make standard pressed and kiln beads. This makes these faceted beads very sparkly.  

Available as crystal rounds, crystal rondelles, crystal bicones, crystal drops, crystal hearts and many other shapes these beads are available in a variety of sizes and colours.

Crystal beads can be made in clear crystal glass, plain coloured crystal glass or coated in special finishes.

AB (Aurora Boealis) is the most common finish giving the beads an iridescent rainbow shine. Double AB is double the sparkle of AB.

Metallic finishes such as Arum & Argentum; the tinted finishes Bermuda Blue & Copper Capri and Iris or Scarab finishes are also available.
